The Heart of Miss Rodeo Universe

At the heart of Miss Rodeo Universe is a mission that goes far beyond the arena. We believe in educating, inspiring, and empowering communities through the values of the Western way of life: integrity, hard work, compassion, and grit. Through the crown, we give back with one smile, one lesson, and one connection at a time. Our titleholders dedicate their reigns to education and outreach, sharing the beauty of agriculture, cattle ranching, western living, and cowgirl heritage with people of all ages across the globe. Every appearance is an opportunity to connect hearts, build understanding, and keep the traditions of the West alive for generations to come.

Education & Outreach

Education is at the core of Miss Rodeo Universe. Our mission goes beyond the arena, reaching classrooms, hospitals, and community events to teach others about the importance of agriculture, ranching, and the western way of life.

Through hands-on presentations, school visits, and public speaking events, Miss Rodeo Universe titleholders share knowledge about horsemanship, cattle ranching, beef byproducts, and animal care, while also inspiring others to live with kindness, confidence, and respect for the land.

Our educational efforts combine storytelling, real-life examples, and the unforgettable experience of meeting our companions, like Sven the mini cow. These visits bridge the gap between rural and urban communities, helping people see where their food comes from and how deeply agriculture impacts their daily lives.

  • Classroom lessons on beef byproducts and responsible animal care

  • Visits to children’s hospitals with Sven, the mini cow, bringing comfort and education to patients

What We Teach

Our presentations and programs are designed to make learning interactive, memorable, and fun. We tailor each visit to fit the audience, from elementary classrooms to agricultural fairs and leadership conferences, ensuring that every person walks away with a new appreciation for the western lifestyle.

We educate audiences of all ages on topics such as:

  • The importance of agriculture in everyday life and how it sustains our communities
  • Beef byproducts and how cattle contribute to medicine, makeup, sports, clothing, and more
  • Horsemanship and animal safety, including how horses communicate and work alongside humans
  • The connection between rodeo and agriculture, and the vital role both play in food production
  • The values of the western lifestyle: responsibility, respect, integrity, compassion, and work ethic
  • The history and culture of rodeo, and how it promotes community service and leadership
  • Conservation and land stewardship, teaching others to protect and preserve the land we depend on
  • Leadership and confidence, encouraging students to chase their dreams, overcome challenges, and use their voices to make a difference
  • The importance of kindness and empathy, reminding everyone that true strength begins with heart

How It All Began

My name is Kaili Hill, and I’ve proudly lived and breathed the rodeo and western way of life since I was a little girl. I started in the rodeo queen world at just five years old, and from that moment on, I knew I loved sparkles, crowns, and horses. I didn’t think the world could get any better.

When I was little, I struggled with a speech impediment, and rodeo queening was where I first found my confidence. Speaking in front of people, answering questions, and sharing what I loved helped me break out of my shell and find my voice. As I grew older, I realized that being a rodeo queen wasn’t just something that inspired me, but something that allowed me to inspire others.

From educating youth about horses and the sport I love to visiting children in hospitals with my mini cow, Sven, rodeo queening has given me some of the most meaningful moments of my life. Through my visits and presentations, I’ve taught others about horsemanship, animal care, agriculture, and the importance of hard work and responsibility. I also share lessons on western traditions, the value of kindness and leadership, and how believing in yourself can open doors you never thought possible. One of my favorite topics to teach is the importance of cattle in our everyday lives, from food to essential beef byproducts used in common items like medicine, makeup, and sports equipment. Helping others understand the vital role agriculture plays in their daily lives has been one of the most rewarding parts of my journey. I’m forever grateful for the incredible memories, the lives I’ve been able to touch, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.

The amount of life skills, confidence, and personal growth that come from being a rodeo queen is truly remarkable. It teaches you how to speak with courage, lead with kindness, and handle challenges with grace. It builds discipline, responsibility, and pride in representing something greater than yourself. Most importantly, it helps young women discover their own strength and purpose. These are lessons that last a lifetime, and it’s something I want to give others the opportunity to experience.

Throughout my travels across the United States and to other countries including Canada and Australia, I’ve had the opportunity to attend clinics, judge competitions, volunteer, and promote the sport of rodeo, agriculture, and the western lifestyle. Over the years, I’ve worked alongside incredible organizations, participated in youth development programs, and spoken at events that celebrate western culture and community service. I’ve helped organize educational clinics, supported charitable rodeos, and visited schools and hospitals to share lessons about agriculture and the importance of kindness and leadership.

Along the way, I met so many inspiring people who share the same love for this way of life but had few, if any, opportunities to compete for a title or make the kind of impact they dreamed of. Seeing their passion without a platform to express it is what truly motivated me to create change. I realized there needed to be more doors opened for women and young ladies who share this same passion. A place where they could grow, lead, and continue to represent the sport and lifestyle that they love.

That’s when the idea for Miss Rodeo Universe was born. A title that could open new doors of opportunity and give women and young ladies everywhere the chance to shine. A title where applicants from any country could compete. A title that gives opportunities to those who are married, allowing them to continue pursuing their passion for rodeo and service. A title that celebrates diversity while uniting women and young ladies from around the world under one shared purpose: to keep the Western heritage alive and share our love for the sport of rodeo.

My hope is that Miss Rodeo Universe will continue to help the rodeo queen world grow and evolve, creating more opportunities for women and young ladies from around the world to find their place within it. I want this organization to serve as a reminder that rodeo queening is not just about competition, but about growth, impact, and connections. Through this platform, I hope to build a legacy of grit, inclusivity, and inspiration, one that encourages every cowgirl to chase her dreams fearlessly, use her voice proudly, and believe in her purpose both in and out of the arena. Miss Rodeo Universe was created to open doors for those who never thought they could walk through them and to show that with heart and determination, anything is possible.

At the end of the day, what matters most isn’t the crown we wear, but the hearts we touch, the kindness we show, and the legacy we leave behind. The true beauty of being a rodeo queen lies in the moments that can’t be measured: the smile of a child learning about horses for the first time, the spark of inspiration in a young girl’s eyes, or the gratitude from a family whose day was brightened by a visit from Sven. Those moments remind me why this journey matters. It’s not about recognition or awards; it’s about the difference we make in the lives of others and the love we share through this incredible western way of life.

Leave a Legacy,
